We aim to keep our site available as much as possible, but from time to time our site may be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical problems. If you have entered into a formal commercial licence with us or another member of the TransUnion Information Group (“CAMEO licence”) which permits you to use data which is the same as data made available through our site (“licensed data”) you may download and print off that licensed data from our site and use it in accordance with the terms of your CAMEO licence. Otherwise, except as expressly permitted by us in writing:

you may only print off one copy and download extracts of our data from our site for your personal reference purposes only;
you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site;
you must keep any copies of our data which you make secure and confidential;
you must comply with all applicable laws in using our data;
you may not use our data for any live commercial purposes;
you may not use our data on behalf of, or disclose, license, transfer or make our data available to, any third parties;
you may not use our data to derive or build any other data or products;
you may not modify, adapt, alter, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with our data;

Our entire aggregate liability in respect of all claims, losses, damages and costs arising out of or in connection with our site and our data (whether in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) in any year shall not exceed £200.

Notwithstanding any other term, we do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees, for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or that of our employees.
